A word from our director.
"The company was born at the University of Huddersfield in 2012. Initially It was a way for us to play and explore and make, and that's just what we did. We made two shows whilst being students, both were taken to Buxton Fringe festival where they received high praise.
Being kids of the 90's we grew up watching companies like Frantic, DV8, Gecko, Complicité and so of course this was the type of theatre we wanted to create. Our first few shows reflected that teenage energy and angst, our work was visceral, high octane and emotionally charged.
Over the years our style has developed, with more training, education and industry experience our work has become dynamic and contemporary.
As well as a commitment to making physically virtuosos theatre we are also committed to working with D/deaf and disabled artists. This passion has been instilled in us by our founding member Ben who is registered Blind. For us, it's about inclusivity and accessibility. Our work is made by all, for all. We find a certain satisfaction in giving disabled artists the platform to defy expectation and prove prejudices wrong by creating intricate, high-octane choreography and intense theatrical experiences.
